YOUTH
Take your swimming to the next level with our Swim Club Clinics. Offered throughout the year, these specialized sessions focus on key skills that make swimmers faster and more efficient in the water. From starts and turns to stroke refinement and race strategy, each themed clinic gives swimmers the opportunity to train with purpose and gain an edge in competition.

Eligibility
- Open to swimmers ages 13 and older
Cost
- $30 for Brazadas members
- $50 for non-Brazadas swimmers
- Registration and payment completed online

- Underwater dolphin kicks
Day 2
- Backstroke starts
- Open turns
- Back-to-breast turns
- Technique review and refinement
Day 3
- Relay exchanges
- Breaststroke pull downs
- Final technique review and refinement
