Welcome to B-Town Brazadas home pool — the state-of-the-art East Side Aquatic Center — an Olympic-sized pool located at Highland High School. The brand new aquatic center provides swimmers with the perfect environment for training, learning, and competing.

Facility Features


Olympic-Sized Pool

  • 8 x 50-meter lanes (long course)
  • 19 x 25-yard lanes (short course)
  • Our temperature-controlled pool is heated or chilled as needed to maintain a perfect 78–82°F year-round for your comfort.



Modern Amenities

  • Locker rooms, bathrooms, and indoor showers
  • Single-use and outdoor shower options
  • On-site office and classroom for team meetings and instruction

Athlete & Spectator Enhancements

  • Fully integrated scoreboard and electronic timing system
  • Shaded stadium spectator seating with large fans
  • Shallow end ideal for swim lessons and beginner programs
  • Ample space for poolside dry land training

Proud Host of the 2026 Kern County Swim League Championships


Brazadas was proud to host the 2026 Kern County Swim League Championships on July 11, welcoming athletes, coaches, officials, volunteers, and spectators from across the county.


This championship meet showcased our facility’s ability to support large-scale competitive swimming events, with dedicated areas for teams, spectators, officials, concessions, parking, and event operations.
