Brazadas SWIM League
Fitness, Conditioning & Skill Development Through Swimming
YOUTH
Brazadas Swim League is a seasonal swim fitness program for athletes ages 6–18 who want to stay active, build endurance, and improve their swimming skills in a fun and supportive environment. Offered during the fall, winter, spring, and summer, Swim League gives swimmers the flexibility to participate in the seasons that best fit their schedules and goals while developing fitness, technique, and confidence in the water.
Ideal for swimmers who have completed Brazadas Swim School and/or Stroke School, the program focuses on cardiovascular fitness, stroke development, and overall conditioning. Whether swimmers are looking to stay fit between sports seasons, maintain their swimming skills, or explore the sport before joining a competitive team, Swim League provides structured practices and an optional swim meet opportunity each season.

BRAZADAS SWIM LEAGUE
Age: 6–18
Curriculum: Swim fitness, endurance, stroke efficiency, and conditioning in a fun, structured environment. Ideal for swimmers looking to stay active, improve their skills, build confidence, or continue progressing after Brazadas Swim School and/or Stroke School.
Equipment: Kickboard, fins, pull buoy, swim cap, goggles, and mesh gear bag
Fall Session: August 24 – October 31, 2026 (10 Weeks)
Practice Schedule: TBA
Practice times, group placements, and additional program details will be announced soon.
What's Included:
- 10 weeks of coached practices
- 1 Brazadas t-shirt and swim cap
- Optional opportunity to participate in one swim meet during the session
