Brazadas strives to be the premier swim club in Bakersfield, empowering athletes to reach their full potential in and out of the pool. We foster a diverse, thriving team that builds pride, camaraderie, and a commitment to lifelong improvement and excellence.
Our Commitment
B-Town Brazadas Swim Club is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our focus is on serving our community, not making a profit. This allows us to provide accessible and affordable swim programs for all families, ensuring that children from diverse backgrounds have the opportunity to participate.
Our Story
Brazadas Swim Club was established in 2025 to bring the benefits of swimming to the children of Bakersfield. What began with a vision to provide a professional aquatics presence in our community has grown into a club committed to offering expert-led programs for all.
Our journey was made possible by a Highland High School graduate who played a pivotal role in launching the brand-new East Side Aquatic Center, a state-of-the-art facility that now serves as our home. With a focus on accessibility, inclusivity, and excellence, we aim to strengthen Bakersfield’s swim culture and provide athletes with top-tier coaching and opportunities.
We are proud to offer programs from swim lessons as young as 6 months to our year-round competitive swim team, seasonal swim league, and Masters swim team designed to meet swimmers at every skill level.
